Fees for participants include:

Program and conference kit, entrance to sessions, coffee at session breaks and morning and afternoon snacks.

Payment for registration fees may be made by bank transfer or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners).

Kindly refer to the online registration form. Registration fees must be pre-paid in full.

* Received until November 13, 2019: full refund less $75 handling fee

* Received after November 13, 2019 and before January 13, 2020: 50% refund

* Received after January 13, 2020: no refund
