CALL FOR ABSTRACTS

Abstract Submission is Now Closed

All submitted abstracts will be reviewed for acceptance based on their scientific merit. Inclusion of abstracts in the scientific program is dependent on payment of registration fees.

TOPICS

Abstract submissions for poster and oral presentations are welcome. Topics include but are not limited to those listed below:

  • Epidemiology and Impact on Demography

  • Aedes Entomology

  • Virology

  • Clinical Spectrum

  • Diagnostics

  • In the Pipeline: Drugs, Vaccines, New Anti-Mosquito Methods

  • Pregnancy and the Fetus

  • Travelers and Zika

  • Psycho-Social Impact of Congenital Zika

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

  1. Abstracts must be submitted using the on-line submission link. Do not fax, mail or email your abstracts as they will not be considered.
     

  2. All abstracts must be submitted in English.
     

  3. The names and affiliations of all authors should be included in the abstract.
     

  4. Abstracts should be no longer than 250 words (excluding title and affiliations).

 

ABSTRACT CHANGES

Once you have submitted your abstract you can edit the document/authors/affiliations etc. by logging in again.

 

Please note that this feature is only available up until the submission deadline or until the abstract has been accepted.

 

ABSTRACT STATUS

You can check the status of abstracts submitted by logging in. Click on the abstract tab to track the review process. 

Once your abstract has been reviewed you will receive an email notification.
